6. Delivery of products, associated costs, and timelines
The delivery prices for orders to Ireland and internationally are determined based on the weight and value of the order. Please note that prices may vary depending on the international destination. We strive to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days, taking into account stock availability and the final destination. For orders placed before 2.00 p.m. within Ireland, next-day delivery is available.
However, during busy periods such as Bank Holidays or Holidays, it is important to note that next-day delivery may not be possible. In such cases, delivery times may be extended to 48 hours.
For our delivery service, we rely on DPD couriers as our preferred carriers. They offer a trackable service, and upon placing your order, you can request your
consignment number, which can be tracked on their website at https://dpd.ie/.
During busy periods we may engage in the services of other providers to ensure a quick delivery. You will be notified of these changes by email.
Please be aware that there is a standard delivery fee that will be applicable, and you will be informed of this at the time of purchase.
For international orders outside of Ireland, it is possible that customs and duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in accordance with the rules and regulations of the respective country.
7.Returns and Exchanges:

8. Lost or delayed parcels
Once we have dispatched your items it is the responsibility of the courier or postal service to deliver. Our delivery partners ask that our customers in Ireland allow a maximum of 1-3 working days, International customers please allow a maximum of 25 days for the delivery of items due to customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances.
We do not consider items to be “lost in transit” until the times stated above have passed in accordance with the independent regulations of the courier or postal service. Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If you provide an incorrect delivery address and your item cannot be delivered it may get lost in the postal system if this happens because the wrong address was supplied we cannot be held responsible for the loss or delayed return of your package.
9. Items Returned To Sender
If we post your item to your nominated delivery address and it is returned to sender .we will contact you upon its return to us. We can re-attempt to deliver for an extra delivery cost.
10.Christmas, Holidays, Bank Holidays – Delayed parcels
During Christmas, holidays, or bank holidays, we request that customers allow 1-5 working days for delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as peak season delays, strike action, or adverse weather conditions. Please note that we will not be held responsible for any delays caused by weather conditions or the usual increase in traffic during holiday seasons.

11. Hair Care and Hair Installation
Esmara Hair cannot be held responsible for the costs or methods chosen by the customer. We recommend all removals to be carried out in any of our Esmara salons or approved stockists listed on our website. It is essential to use an industry approved potion for professional removal to prevent unnecessary damage to the natural hair. Please note that Esmara Hair cannot take responsibility for removals carried out outside of our premises.
Esmara Hair is not responsible for the costs or methods you choose to install and care for your products.
12. Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, Esmara Hair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or the products purchased from us.
13. Images and Photos
Please be aware that the images of models and hair shown in each item description are an approximation of the colour. We do not guarantee that your hair will look exactly the same or that the models have styled, washed, and prepared their hair before each photo. Additionally, please note that colours may appear differently on each computer screen, and therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any variation in colour representation.
To address this, we provide all items in clear packaging. This allows you to view the extensions before removing them from the packaging or wearing them, ensuring that you have a clear understanding of the product before making a decision.
14. VAT and Customs
Value Added Tax (VAT) is charged at the current rate of 23% and is already included in the costs. The buyer is solely responsible for any import fees, taxes, or other charges applied specifically within their country or state. VAT will be changed in accordance with any increase or decrease directed by the Irish government and legislative bodies.

18. Training Academy
To reserve a spot in any of our courses, a €100 deposit is required. All courses are for one day only. We have 4 different types of courses on offer, once you choose your course, we kindly ask for three satisfactory case studies, which will be reviewed and approved by our training manager. These case studies should ideally be conducted on family or friends. Please note that we do not permit in-salon placements until a certification is obtained.
Our courses are primarily designed for qualified hairdressers. However, we also welcome individuals without formal qualifications who have prior experience in fitting hair extensions.
19. Stockists
Esmara Hair is not responsible for any application of hair, we are suppliers only.
20. Aftercare
Please ensure you follow all aftercare advice as instructed by your stylist and as shown on our website and packaging.
21. Competitions/Prizes/Promotional Offers
Competitions, prizes, and promotional offers, please note the following guidelines.
Competitions can only be redeemed for the value of the prize as stated on our website.They cannot be exchanged for products.All promotional offers are subject to withdrawal at any time. Special offers are only applicable at the specified branch during the specified timescale. If a deposit is not placed on an appointment, we cannot guarantee the availability of special offers.
